Introduction to Natural Childbirth Workshop
The information taught in this workshop is an introductory natural pregnancy and birthing class. We will touch on important tips for staying healthy and low risk and creating a supportive birth team that will allow you to take charge of your experience. It can be applied to birth centers, home births, and hospital births as well.
Charity is available as a Certified Doula (AAHCC) for your birth.
